Make a Music Playlist

There is no better mechanism for sorting feelings than music.  Music helps articulate feelings and bring them to the surface to be fully felt, analyzed, and soothed.

Make a playlist of songs and send to your friend through Amazon prime or on a thumb drive or you could even load it onto their phone for them.  Below are a list of songs to work through feelings.  But you may know some songs that fit this particular situation much better.  This gift requires some time and attention.  You gift this with an upgraded set of headphones or earpods.

Throughout the year, whenever you hear a song that reminds you of their lost loved one, share that song with them.

Music is a personal preference.  So choose from these lists of songs those that connect with you. You could even add a few explanations of why you chose each song.  Could also be a playlist of songs that remind you of their loved one.
